This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2014.

Amendment of section 3 2. In section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-section (1),--

1. (i) in the opening paragraph, for the words "First Schedule", the words "First Schedule and Second Schedule" shall be substituted;
2. (ii) first proviso shall be deleted.
