Power of State Government to give directions
The Madhya Pradesh Maa Sharda Devi Mandir Adhiniyam, 2002(1) The State Government may, from time to time, give such directions to the Committee, Chairperson or Administrator as it may deem necessary for the proper management and administration of the temple and its properties. Such directions may include: (i) Directions for the better utilization of the temple funds; (ii) Directions for the security and maintenance of the temple and its premises. (2) Every person concerned shall be bound to comply with the directions issued by the State Government under sub-section (1). (1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the Administrator may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend or cancel a licence, if the licence has been obtained through willful misrepresentation or fraud; or if the holder of the licence or any servant or any one acting on his behalf with his express or implied permission, commits a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the licence; or if the holder of the licence has become an insolvent; if the holder of the licence is convicted of any offence under this Act. (2) No licence shall be suspended or cancelled under this Section unless a reasonable opportunity to show cause against such suspension or cancellation has been given to the holder of the licence.
