Definitions
The Madhya Pradesh Livestock Improvement Act 1950In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,— (a) "Live-stock Officer" means the officer or person appointed by the State Government or by any other officer or authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf to perform the functions of a Live-stock Officer under this Act; (b) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; and (c) "Director" means the Director of Veterinary Services and includes any other officer empowered to exercise all or any of the functions of the Director under this Act. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,—(a) "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Livestock Improvement Act, 1950;(b) "Effectively castrated bull" means a bull rendered incapable of procreating species;(c) "form" means a form appended to these rules;
