Removal of difficulties

Statutory text
- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order published in the Gazette, make such provision not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removal of the difficulty.
- (2) Every order made under sub-section
- (1) shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
