Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Karadhan Adhiniyamon Ki Puranee Bakaya Rashi Ka Samadhan Adhiniyam, 2021.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of publication of The Madhya Pradesh Karadhan Adhiniyamon Ki Purane Bakaya Rashi Ka Samadhan Adhyadesh, 2020 (NO. 11 of 2020) in the Official Gazette.
