Establishment and incorporation of Commission

1. (1) The Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, establish a Commission to be known as the Madhya Pradesh Jal Viniyamak Ayog. The Commission shall exercise such powers and perform such functions and duties as have been assigned to it, under this Act.
2. (2) The Commission shall consist of a full time Chairperson and two full time Members.
