Repeal and saving.

The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Workmen (Standing Orders) Act, 1959 (No. XIX of 1959), is hereby repealed: Provided that any proceeding under the said Act pending on the date of the commencement of this Act may be continued and completed in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, as if this Act had not been repealed.
