Power of Veterinary Officer to hold post-mortem

Subject to rules made under this Act, the Veterinary Officer may make or cause to be made a post-mortem examination of any horse which at the time of its death was infective or is suspected to have been then infective and for this purpose he may cause the carcass of the horse to be exhumed.
