Amendment of Section

In Section 65 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3),-

1. (i) in clause (a), the word "male" shall be deleted;
2. (ii) in sub-clause
3. (iv) of clause (a), for the words "one hundred and twenty five", the words "one hundred and forty four" shall be substituted;
4. (iii) after sub-clause
5. (v) of clause (a), the following sub-clause shall be added, namely:- "(vi) a worker shall be required to work overtime subject to the written consent of such worker for such work.".
