Statutory text
The Evacuee Interest (Separation) Amendment Act, 1960, being an Act of Parliament, shall, in so far as it relates to any matter enumerated in List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution, be as valid in the State of Madhya Pradesh as if the provisions contained therein had been enacted by the Legislature of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
