Statutory text
- (1) Any person who intends to start an industrial unit in a notified area may furnish to the nodal agency an intention to invest in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed. Explanation.— Any person who has applied to the Competent Authority for obtaining all or any of the approvals may also opt to furnish intention to invest under this sub-section.
- (2) On receipt of intention to invest, completed in all respects, the nodal agency may issue an acknowledgment certificate in such form and manner as may be prescribed.
