Transfer of pending cases. Every appeal or revision or any other proceeding pending before the Madhya Pradesh State Co-operative Tribunal under the Principal Act, shall stand transferred to the State Government on the date on which the Chhattishgarh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2003 comes into force.
