The Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Act 1999(1) The State Government may, if it thinks fit, by notification, confer on the State Development Bank or the Trustee, all or any of the powers of the Registrar under the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, for the purpose of this Act. (2) The State Government may, by notification, confer on the officers of the State Development Bank or the District Development Bank, as the case may be, the powers of the Registrar for the purpose of the recovery of loans and advances and for any other purpose which the State Government deems fit. (3) The exercise of any powers by the State Development Bank or the Trustee under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in the notification.
