Definitions

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,—

1. (a) "cinematograph" includes any apparatus for the representation of moving pictures or series of pictures;
2. (b) "Place" includes a house, building, tent and any description of transport, whether by sea, land or air;
3. (c) "prescribed means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
