Receiving Centres and Certified Institutions

Provision of Receiving Centres. -

1. (1) The State Government may provide and maintain one or more receiving centres as such place or places as it thinks fit, and may certify any institution to be a receiving centre for the purposes of this Act.
2. (2) Every such receiving centre shall be under the control of a Superintendent.
