Objects to which Council Fund may be applied

The Council Fund shall be applicable to the following, objects, namely :— (a) to the repayment of debts incurred by the Council for the purposes of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder; (b) to the expenses of any suit or proceedings to which the Council is a party; (c) to the payment of the salaries and allowances of the employees of the Council; (d) to the payment of allowances to the office bearers of the Council; (e) to the payment of any expenses incurred by the Council in carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules, and the regulations made thereunder.
