The Madhya Pradesh Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013

Amendment of Section 2 2. In section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979 (No. 10 of 1979), in the explanation,

1. (i) in clause (iii), the word "and" shall be omitted;
2. (ii) in clause (iv), for the full stop, a semi-colon shall be substituted and thereafter the word "and" shall be inserted;
3. (iii) after clause (iv), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:, "(v) persons getting monetary benefits in whatever name from the State Government or its agency and who are required to discharge duties for the benefit of public in relation to public health.".

1. (1) The Madhya Pradesh Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran (Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh, 2013 (No. 1 of 2013) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
