Insertion of new section 34A, Person claiming under document for sale of property also to sign document

After section 34 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “34A. Subject to the provisions of this Regulation, no document for sale of property shall be registered under this Regulation, unless the person claiming under the document has also signed such document.”.
