Authorities of the University

Authorities of the University.- The following shall be authorities of the University, namely:-

1. (i) the Senate;
2. (ii) the Syndicate;
3. (iii) the Academic Council;
4. (iv) the Faculties;
5. (v) the Boards of Studies;
6. (vi) the Students' Council;
7. (vii) the Finance Committee; and
8. (viii) such other Boards or Bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
