ACT 8 OF 2005 The Kerala Tourism {Conservation and Preservation of Areas) Act, 2005 An Act to provide for the conservation and preservation of tourist areas
in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Preamble- WHEREAS it is expedient to make provisions for the conservation and preservation of tourist areas in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; BE it enacted in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
