3B. Levy of toll when there are more than one bridge within a radius of fifteen kilometres.

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 3 or section 3A, if there are more than one bridge within a radius of fifteen kilometres, toll for the passage of a motor vehicle shall be levied only at the first of such bridges.
