Amendment of section 14

Amendment of section 14.- In section 14 of the principal Act, -

1. (i) in sub-section (1), the words "and the Standing Committees" shall be inserted at the end;
2. (ii) in sub-section (2), the following shall be added at the end, namely:- "He shall also be responsible for the proper day to day functioning of the Board.".
