30. The Controller of Examination.-

(1) The Controller of Examination shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by regulations made under this Act. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such power and perform such duties as may be prescribed by regulations.
