Chapter IV FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND ANNUAL REPORT

Statutory text

(1) The Commission shall within three months after the end of each financial year submit to the Government an annual report giving a full account of the activities and programmes undertaken during the previous financial year in such Form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) A copy of the report received under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly by the Government within six months from the date of receipt of the same.
