Repeal and saving.

Statutory text
- (1) The Kerala Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Ordinance, 2012 (53 of 2012) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
