Chapter I Preliminary

- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
- (3) It shall come into force on 1such date as the Government may, by 2notification in the Gazette, appoint.
