Statutory text

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything not inconsistent with this Act or the Scheme made thereunder, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid on the table of the State Legislative Assembly.
