Compensation recoverable under Revenue Recovery Act.

Any amount due to the Government as arrears of compensation amount or otherwise may be recovered under the provisions of the Travancore-Cochin Revenue Recovery Act, 1951 (VII of 1951), as if they were arrears of public revenue due to the Government.
