Definitions.

In this Act,-

1. (a) “ Gandhiji University” means the Gandhiji University constituted under the Gandhiji University Act, 1985 (12 of 1985);
2. (b) “Senate” and “Syndicate” means the Senate and the Syndicate of the Gandhiji University;
3. (c) “Vice-Chancellor” means the Vice-Chancellor of the Gandhiji University.
