The Kerala Tax on Luxuries in Hotels and Lodging Houses Act, 1976Tax197622 sections
Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kerala Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1959 (10 of 1960), an appeal preferred under section 7 or an application for revision made under section 8 shall bear a court fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
