Maintenance of register by employer.

Every employer shall maintain a register in the prescribed form showing the details of employment of registered tailoring workers employed in the tailoring or embroidery work undertaken by him and the same may be inspected without prior notice by the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer authorized by him.
