Execution of the schemes to be entrusted to the Government Engineering Departments.— The execution of the schemes shall be arranged by the Board through the Engineering Departments of the Government. Explanation.— For the purpose of this section, the Public Health Engineering Department shall be the Engineering Department of the Government in respect of water supply and sewerage schemes and the Buildings and Roads Wing of the Public Works Department shall be the Engineering Department of the Government in respect of the schemes referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7.
