Repeals

The Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (9 of 1887), as in force in the Malabar district referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956), and sub-section (3) of section 22 of the Kerala Civil Courts Act, 1957 (I of 1956), are hereby repealed.
