Exemption from licences etc.

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, all industrial undertakings being established or proposed to be established in industrial areas shall be exempted from obtaining permits from Municipalities or Grama Panchayats, Town Planning Department or Development Authorities for construction of buildings for starting an industrial undertaking.
