Legal practitioner not to appear in proceedings under the Act.

No legal

practitioner shall appear, plead or act on behalf of any party in any proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer or the competent authority or the Government, except with the written permission of such officer or authority or the Government, as the case may be.
