Definitions

Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

1. (a) “Board” means the Kerala State Biodiversity Board established under section 22 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 (Central Act 18 of 2003) and functioning as per the Kerala Biological Diversity Rules, 2008;
2. (b) “Public Service Commission” means the Kerala Public Service Commission;
3. (c) “Services” means the services under the Kerala State Biodiversity Board.
