Chapter II CONSTITUTION OF COMMITTEES
Statutory text
(1) The District Expert Committee shall meet at least once in three months in a year. (2) One third of the total number of members shall be the quorum for a meeting. (3) The Chairman may nominate one among the members to preside over the meeting, in his absence.
