Powers of revision of Board of Revenue .

The Board of Revenue may at any time call for and examine the record of any proceeding pending before, or disposed of by, the appellate aurthority and may pass such order in reference thereto as the Board of Revenue thinks fit: Provided that no such order shall be passed under section without notice to the party who may be affected by the order.
