Production of certificate of insurance

Every registered owner or person having possession or control of a motor vehicle shall, at the time of making payment of the tax, produce before the taxation officer a valid certificate of insurance in respect of the vehicle complying with the requirements of Chapter VII of the Travancore-Cochin Motor Vehicle Act, 1125 (Act X of 1125).
