Officers and other employees of the Committees

(1) The Government shall provide the Committees with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Committees. (2) The salaries and allowances and the other conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Committees shall be such as may be prescribed. Provided that the committees shall function with the common office, officers and employees.
