Jurisdiction of Courts.

Statutory text
- (1) No Court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence against this Act or any rules thereunder.
- (2) No prosecution for any offence against this Act or any rules thereunder shall be instituted except by or with the previous sanction of the Inspector.
