Chapter IV STAFF OF THE BOARD

Chief Executive Officer of the Board.—
- (1) The Government may, by notification, appoint the Chief Executive Officer of the Board.
- (2) The qualification, salary, allowances, other conditions of service etc. of the Chief Executive Officer shall be such as may be prescribed.
