Finality of orders under sections 6, 8, and 9

Every decision of the authorised officer under section 6, section 8 or section 9, granting or refusing to grant licence for any fishing vessel or cancelling, suspending, varying or amending such licence or registering, or cancelling the registration of, a vessel shall, subject to any right of appeal under section 13, be final.
