Penalty for committing unlawful practices

Whoever commits any unlawful practices other than items 5 and 13 of the Schedule shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which shall not be less than Rs. 1,000 and which may extended to Rs. 5,000 or with both.
