Valuation statement to be approved by superior authority

No award shall be made by the Collector under section 11 or section 16 unless the valuation statement prepared in such manner as may be prescribed by rules is approved,— (i) where the Collector making the award is not the District Collector, by the District Collector ; and (ii) where the Collector making the award is the District Collector, by the Board of Revenue.
