Power to make regulations

(1) The Board may, by notification in the Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder for the co purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. ! I . 1 i (2) In particular, and without prejudice;io the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for- i | i I | | | . : | | . (a) the procedure in regard to the transaction of business at the meetings of the Board including the quorum; | .
