Ecologically fragile land to be deemed to be reserved forests.

Subject to the

provisions of section 16, all ecologically fragile lands vested in Government under section 3 and section 4 shall be deemed to be reserved forests constituted under the Kerala

Forest Act, 1961 (4 of 1962), and the provisions of that Act shall, so far as may be, apply to such lands.
