Amendment of Act 23 of 1963

Amendment of Act 23 of 1963.—In the Kerala Electricity Duty Act, 1963 (23 of 1963), in the Schedule, in item no.4, in column (3), for the figure and words “10 Paise per unit of energy consumed”, the words “Five per cent of the price of energy indicated in the invoice” shall be substituted.
