Chapter I Preliminary

Statutory text
  1. (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Escheats and Forfeitures Act, 1964.
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
  3. (3) It shall come into force on 1such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
