THE KERALA CUTCHI MEMONS ACT, 1996* (ACT 13 OF 1997)

to govern the matters of succession and inheritance of the Cutchi Memons in the State of Kerala. Preamble.—WHEREAS it is expedient to unify the law governing matters of

succession and inheritance of the Cutchi Memons in the State of Kerala;

BE it enacted in the Forty-seventh Year of the Republic of India follows:—
